UNC Health Southeastern is recruiting a leader for the Food & Nutrition Services department. Responsibilities include planning, directing and coordinating the activities for the provision of Food and Nutrition Services for UNC Health Southeastern, including Patient and Retail Services for the medical center.

Minimum requirements include bachelor’s degree in dietetics/food service management or related field and five years of management experience in a healthcare food service setting; demonstrated organizational, communication and leadership skills; and current ServSafe Food Protection manager certification. Current designation as Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian.
