To sign up as an Exhibitor, complete this form. Should you wish to upgrade your participation type, or add additional opportunities/advertising, you can do so on the next page OR add them later by emailing Leah Reily, AHF Executive Director, at lreily@healthcarefoodservice.org.
EXHIBITOR Level Benefits:
Exhibit-Only level support provides you with an AHF exhibit booth and participation at AHF's annual conference. This option does not include any AHF annual benefits. AHF membership and other benefits must be purchased separately. A full listing with details and quantities can be found in our Sponsorship Prospectus. A summary is below.

- x2 Tradeshow-Only* Passes
- x1 Pre & Post Conference Attendee List (sent 2 weeks before the show)
- x1 Lead Retrieval Scanning License (sent 2 weeks after the show)
- Brand in Conference Mobile App
- Company listed on Conference Website with URL
*Tradeshow-only passes only provide access to the exhibit hall/tradeshow. No access is provided to sessions, receptions, or events. Please upgrade to a full pass for access to receptions and sessions.
Add-On Items: On the next page, you can include "Add On Items" in your invoice and package. You can also do this later by emailing Leah. To include them here, simply add the number of each item you wish to purchase next to that Add-On Item. It will then be added to your invoice. To remove the item, change the amount back to zero (0).
