AHF Midwest Regional Meeting

Description

Join us for a full day of education, networking, and industry updates at our upcoming chapter meeting. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 6 CEUs (pending approval with ANFP & CDR), including 1 Sanitation credit, while hearing presentations on food waste reduction, the new Dietary Guidelines, and sanitation best practices.

The meeting will also feature a vendor fair, facility tour, and time to connect with fellow healthcare foodservice professionals, making this a great opportunity to learn, share ideas, and explore new products and solutions.

Optional Event Tuesday,  April 21st

The evening before the meeting, attendees are invited to gather at The Axe Bar starting at 7:00 PM for a casual networking event. Food and beverages will be included, along with access to axe throwing and other bar games. The venue is just a short trip from the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Hotel Information: 

A room block has been set up at the Hampton Inn Champaign. Based on availability, rooms can be booked as part of the room block by March 31, 2026.

This event will take place at the Forum at Carle (starred on the map - linked here)  

Free parking is available at the Champaign county fairgrounds 2 blocks north of the hospital campus with shuttles that run 24/7 between the fairgrounds and the hospital campus.

Paid parking is available at the Orchard street garage.

The Hampton Inn is located 0.6 miles west of the hospital campus.
